This easy hike lasts one hour (and less than one for the downhill return) and is ideal to combine Cretan nature and a drive through the villages.

Driving through the beautiful landscapes of Kissamos region we will arrive at the quiet village of Deliana and the entrance of the gorge.

If we are lucky we will meet vultures and birds of prey, while walking by the river.

Once we get back we can have a picnic in the shade of the plane trees or continue to a local village for a traditional meal.
