Starting south of Imbros village in Askifou plateau, our easy downhill hike leads through impressive rock formations to the village Komitades, five kilometres from Sfakia.

We will cross shady places with pines and oaks, and in the heart of the gorge we will find ourselves in narrow passages that do not exceed two meters.

It will take us about three hours to cross.
